Shane Steinhart’s career has been defined by a commitment to high-stakes defense and technical accuracy. A Minnesota native and honors graduate, Shane spent a decade in the United States Navy as an Aviation Electrician. In this role, he was responsible for supporting complex aircraft systems in demanding operational environments where there was zero margin for error. 

He later transitioned into the intelligence community, serving five years as an Electronics Intelligence Crypto Analyst with the National Security Agency (NSA). This background in deep-level analysis is what drives Alesia’s "fine print" philosophy today—identifying the technical gaps that others miss.

Beyond his technical service, Shane is a storyteller at heart. After graduating with honors from film school, he earned IMDb credits for his work as a filmmaker. His path eventually led him to balance creative ambition with family devotion; following the birth of his son, Shane worked nights as a janitor to provide for his family while spending six years writing his memoir. Published in 2019 and since translated into three languages, his book reflects a life of persistence and resilience.
